Farley is a nice boy out of our outcross to SpiceWoodmark's Simply Simon. We didn't intend to keep a boy, we were planning on a girl, but we just couldn't let this boy go. He was the first puppy whelped in the litter, and he was so large that he had a hard time coming out. Kiddo required an assist to help get his big head out of her birth canal. He is named after the song "Born on Fire" by Ike Reilly about his friend, comedian Chris Farley. Farley is 1-1 clear of Cystinuria-Associated Marker Type III (PennGen) and is clear of CMR, PRA, DM and does not carry the pied or long hair gene (Wisdom Panel). |
